By using PreFlightIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Description of Service

PreFlightIQ is a flight risk assessment tool that analyzes aviation data using AI. It is designed as a supplemental decision-making aid only.

Disclaimer

PreFlightIQ is not a substitute for professional judgment. The Pilot in Command (PIC) is solely responsible for all flight decisions. Risk assessments are advisory only and should not be the sole basis for go/no-go decisions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide.
You must not rely solely on PreFlightIQ for flight safety decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Limitation of Liability

Triforce Software and PreFlightIQ shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to decisions made based on risk assessments provided by the service.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
